Key Responsibilities:Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team committed to excellent customer service. Create a positive work environment promoting teamwork and community. Operational Excellence:Manage daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and stock control. Maintain visual merchandising standards. Build strong customer relationships and enhance satisfaction. Sales and Performance:Set and meet sales targets, drive revenue initiatives. Analyze sales data for improvement opportunities. Community Engagement:Participate in local events and initiatives. Develop partnerships to benefit the community. Manage budgets and financial reporting. Skills Required:Proven retail management success and sales achievement. Strong leadership, motivation, and communication skills. Knowledge of retail operations and data analysis.
