Social network you want to login/join with: SHIFT PATTERN:4 on 4 off shift pattern, 12 Hour shifts (6am-6pm) ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE To undertake planned and reactive duties as directed by the Piped Services Mechanical Supervisor, providing technical support and assistance to ensure all activities are completed in line with the contractual SLA. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES All Piped Services Mechanical Engineers will have the following duties and accountabilities: Undertake planned maintenance activities and asset servicing to SFG20 standards, ensuring all checks and tasks are completed satisfactorily. Carry out mechanical remedial works. Attend to and rectify mechanical faults. Perform planned maintenance according to the company's PPM and task schedules. Undertake PPM activities professionally and with quality. Produce technical and situational reports as required. Use technology systems proactively to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients. Attend team meetings and briefings as requested. Represent the company positively at all times. Escalate major site issues or incidents to your line manager promptly. Comply with all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality legislation, understanding your roles and responsibilities within the company. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Full UK Driving Licence London Underground certification to access all estate areas; candidates are expected to achieve the necessary accreditation. JIB-PMES approved. City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Heating & Ventilation/Plumbing (minimum). City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Heating & Ventilation/Plumbing (preferred). GAS Safe certification.
