At Sodexo, we're seeking a forward-thinking Asset and PFI Expiry Manager to lead asset management and PFI expiry planning at Hereford Hospital. This high-impact role involves supporting strategic estate decisions, optimizing asset value, and managing the transition of a significant PFI contract. What You'll DoLead the development, deployment, and management of a robust asset management framework across Sodexo, client, and supply chain teams. Serve as the site lead for PFI contract expiry, ensuring alignment with national guidance from the IPA's PFI Centre of Excellence. Maintain a live asset register and manage change processes into Global Maximo. Design and oversee a building surveying programme and lifecycle planning strategy. Provide insights through reporting and data analysis to improve cost, performance, and risk management. Guide maintenance strategies aligned with asset condition, risk, and performance. Engage in scenario modelling and strategic decision-making through strong data governance. Train and upskill stakeholders in asset management principles. Continuously improve the asset management system in line with ISO 55001 and HTM standards. What You BringA degree in engineering or a technical field, with a recognized qualification in asset or facilities management (or equivalent experience). Proven experience creating value through asset management within a complex estate. Knowledge of lifecycle planning, change management, and contract expiry processes. Confidence in developing and leading cross-functional relationships across internal teams, clients, and supply chains. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven strategy development. Experience with compliance standards, including HTMs and ISO 55001. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Qualifications such as Six Sigma, IOSH, or membership of a professional asset management body (e.g., IAM) are preferred.
