Recently awarded for both its business performance and treatment of employees.Job DescriptionDeliver the Customer Care Programme to your portfolio, adding real value to clients' businesses.Aim to keep clients' tax liabilities minimal, improve profitability, and help invest and protect their wealth, family, and business.Plan, prepare, and review financial accounts.Identify and discuss barriers to work completion within budget or opportunities for generating income.Resolve outstanding queries with clients before discussing files and final accounts with the Client Portfolio Manager, Managing Director, or Partner.Prepare Business Tax Computations (Income Tax) for review.Prepare and submit VAT returns for clients.Maintain clients' accounting records and management accounts information.Prepare management information reports as required and advise clients on improving profitability or cash flow, including competitor analysis, pricing reviews, dashboards, and profit reports.Work at clients' premises as needed, undertake special projects, and perform other tasks as reasonably required.The Successful ApplicantPossess commercial awareness, identify opportunities for additional fees or services, and leverage networking to engage new clients.Be effective in all aspects of accountancy work, completing jobs within agreed timescales and budgets.Deliver high-quality, proactive client service and maintain positive relationships.Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.Contribute to the practice's annual Business Plan.Assist in establishing and operating efficient systems and procedures to develop the business.Have a good understanding of computer-based accounting software and be efficient in report analysis.Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.Develop soft skills necessary for effective client relations and service delivery.What's on OfferSalary up to £45,000.
