Shift Maintenance Electrician - FM Service Provider - Commercial Estate - Crawley - Up to £46,600 per annumExciting opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider located in Crawley. We are recruiting a maintenance electrician based in a large commercial estate. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified electrician with C&G / NVQ Level 2 & 3, AM2, and a proven track record in electrical engineering. The company offers a competitive salary of up to £46,600, overtime, and career progression opportunities. Hours of WorkMonday - Thursday / Tuesday - Friday on rotation, Days and Nights, 2 weeks of days, 1 week of nights. 10-hour shifts from 07:00 to 17:00 or 21:00 to 07:00, with a rotating schedule: Week 1: Monday – Thursday, 07:00 to 17:00 Week 2: Monday – Thursday, 07:00 to 17:00; Sunday, 21:00 to 07:00 Week 3: Monday – Wednesday, 21:00 to 07:00 PackageBasic Salary up to £46,600 (£43,000 basic + £3,600 shift allowance) 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays Free Parking on site Pension scheme Internal and external training courses Genuine career progression Additional overtime available Key DutiesLighting installation, fault-finding, and lamp replacements Emergency lighting testing Control panel maintenance Ballast replacement BMS system monitoring (e.g., hot & cold) Carrying out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Maintaining and updating logbooks Performing tasks professionally and in a timely manner Proactively identifying and reporting faults in building services equipment Reporting H&S issues and ensuring safety compliance Communicating effectively with client staff regarding service levels and issues Reporting service issues to site management for client communication Remaining flexible in site attendance and tasks within personal competency Adhering to health, safety, and legislative requirements Escort of specialist subcontractors RequirementsElectrically qualified with trade certificates (copies required) City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3 AM2 certification 18th Edition wiring regulations Ability to pass security clearance Proven experience in commercial maintenance Excellent customer service skills Honest, hardworking, and reliable Please send your CV to Alex Denton at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.#J-18808-Ljbffr
