Key job responsibilitiesDevelop operational and execution strategies for Customs Brokerage activities across EU and UK. Drive strategically important initiatives such as planning, automation, and optimization, working cross-functionally to identify key opportunities. Create and refine metrics to measure performance, identify defects and trends, and deliver top-quality, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Standardize operational procedures; collaborate with operations and technology teams to build repeatable and predictable structures to enhance consistency and reliability. Lead holistic operational excellence programs, linking policies, procedures, controls, monitoring, and reporting to operational and compliance improvements. Monitor and proactively adapt to regulatory changes, evolving supply chain models, and innovative solutions to remove barriers. Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for compliance in all Customs activities, collaborating with technology, legal, and other stakeholders. Communicate effectively at all levels, demonstrating collaboration across organizational levels and geographies. Minimum qualificationsBachelor’s degree Leadership experience managing large organizations (50+ employees) Extensive experience in transportation management, customs brokerage, and origin consolidation Significant experience managing international supplier product flows into fulfillment/distribution networks Strong process management background Preferred qualificationsMBA/MS in a quantitative or supply chain-related discipline Experience launching and scaling startups Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration to drive large-scale continuous improvement Strong analytical skills with knowledge of forecasting, capacity planning, and metrics utilization Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
