This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.The role holder will manage the mobile combustion team across multiple contracts, ensuring all compliance, employee qualifications, PPM’s and reactive / quoted works are carried out on time, budget and the team have the capability to deliver a gold service to all the contracts in the portfolio.What will you deliver?Accountable for the financial performance of the contracts. Ensure personnel manage the contract to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Ensure that all risks relating to safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed through the use of risk assessments, PPE, training and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment for both employees and clients. Operate a Permit to Work System in accordance with Equans Technical and SHEQ processes and client requirements (or approved client system). Review monthly audit checks demonstrating legislative compliance within scope of service delivery streams and to escalate to the portfolio director as necessary. Ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across the stakeholder groups. Ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time using the CAFM system. Ensure plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order. In accordance with the delegated authority with the applicable contract or authorised by the client. Maintain commercial understanding of the client contractual deliverables across all services.
