Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6:00pm Letting commission structure:staggered between 10% and 15% monthly on lettings, subject to targets Sales commission:10% End of year bonus:if targets are met or exceeded Retainer:15% for any instructions brought in (sales or lettings), potentially 30% initially if they bring on business and close deals Job Description: Business development, sourcing new land, retail, and investment deals Liaising with property investors and sellers Building relationships Conducting viewings across London Learning to value commercial freehold and leasehold properties Representing the brand professionally Creating comprehensive property descriptions and coordinating with media for brochures Recent Transactions Include: Sale of 358-360 Camden Road, N7 at £3.7m Sale of Rutland Hall in Luton at £3m Sale of 11 Archway Road, N19 at £885,000 Bulk sale of Western Circus, W3 at £8,725,000 Bulk acquisition in Watford for approximately £7m We have transacted over £30m+ of assets across various property sectors, including Residential, Mixed-Use, Student, Planning Gain, PRS/BTR, Forward, Block Purchase, and Retail deals.
