They lead by example, share their knowledge, demonstrate confidence, and uphold our Core Values.Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will assist in leading the Sales Executives and be responsible for developing Trainee Sales Executives.Key ResponsibilitiesReview daily KPIs such as finance, invoice speed, units sold & invoicedManage customer records and sales leadsLead recruitment, training, coaching, and conduct 1-1 meetings with Trainee Sales ExecutivesManage resources and planning, including leave and rotasWork with the sales team to improve KPIs and meet targetsHandle customer interactions to add value or resolve issuesManage deals with a commercial approachEnsure adherence to the Motorpoint Sales ProcessDeputize for the Sales Manager as neededCollaborate with Customer Service to promote excellent serviceBuild and maintain interdepartmental relationshipsWhat Are We Looking For?
