Your key responsibilities Providing exceptional audit services for our clients Leading fieldwork and managing the audit process, considering audit risks and technical matters, coordinating with relevant departments Engaging clients, offering authoritative advice, and maintaining professionalism Understanding clients’ goals and needs, referring them to other specialists as needed Keeping up-to-date with market trends and sharing knowledge with junior colleagues Supervising daily team operations Managing performance and coaching junior team members Skills and attributes for success You will be a trusted contact for colleagues and clients, resolving complex issues and influencing industry standards.
