We empower our guests to recreate the Champneys spa experience at home through our extensive range of own brand beauty products as well as our boutique offering.Your main responsibility will be to lead your retail team and oversee the day to day running of your retail area. You will successfully work towards targets to ensure you deliver a profitable operation within your resort.Other Key Roles And ResponsibilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to offer exceptional guest service.
