About Absco Absco Solutions is the premier facility vulnerability expert in fire life-safety and security technology fields, with established offices in Washington (Everett, Fife, Spokane) and Oregon (Wilsonville). We specialize in access control, intrusion, video surveillance, and fire alarm systems. We're seeking a growth-minded, experienced licensed Low Voltage (Journey EL06) Electrician to join our exceptional team. What You'll Do Install, integrate, network, program, service, and inspect security, camera, fire alarm, and access control systems primarily in the field. Interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittal documents, specifications, and schematics. Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and support staff to ensure successful job implementation and completion. Provide guidance and field training to apprentice technicians. Troubleshoot systems, ground faults, split circuits, and perform other related work as needed. Lead crews of other installers when required. Participate in on-call service rotations. What You'll Bring Washington State Journey Electrical License (EL06). Valid State-issued Driver’s License and a clear driving record. Ability to pass a background check. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Dependability and teamwork orientation. NICET fire alarm system certification is highly desirable.
