YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE: Assist management in developing and communicating departmental strategies and goals. Communicate and enforce policies and procedures. Lead and manage all aspects of the Front Office, including guest registration, concierge/porter services, business centre, telephone services, and reservations, to deliver a unique guest experience that embodies the brand. Ensure your team provides hospitable service aligned with operating standards and brand standards. Motivate your team, clarify goals, provide training, and work with the Operations Manager to establish and achieve personal development goals for team members. Maximize room sales by ensuring team awareness of hotel availability and effective upselling of room categories. Develop your team to anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and deliver high levels of service to generate guest satisfaction. Implement Four Points by Sheraton values in daily operations. Support other departments and ensure smooth hotel operations, focusing on guest services desk and breakfast/evening reception areas. Have a comprehensive understanding of all systems such as MARSHA, Opera, and Marriott’s Bonvoy program. Display proactive and innovative approaches to skills development and standards enhancement within your team. WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in an internationally recognized branded hotel. Ability to analyze performance metrics. Experience in setting and managing budgets for optimal returns. Strong Front Office background. Good working knowledge of Opera PMS; familiarity with MARSHA is preferred. Previous experience with Marriott brands is desirable.
