As a Personal Shopping Receptionist, you will: Greet clients politely and warmly Actively listen and respond to client inquiries Guide clients to the lounge and notify relevant colleagues for assistance Offer and prepare beverages for clients Answer calls and handle all client inquiries professionally Book appointments using the relevant system, following correct procedures Inform colleagues about appointment bookings or cancellations as per department procedures Complete all front desk administrative tasks promptly, including updating the Sales Tracker and CRM Check and respond to department emails throughout the day Monitor WhatsApp groups and take relevant actions Coordinate courier and driver availability for client deliveries Arrange client transfers if needed Respond to shop floor or brand inquiries and involve relevant colleagues Communicate tasks and inquiries effectively to colleagues and managers Ensure the BOH kitchen is replenished throughout the day Maintain bathroom amenities and lounge cleanliness Report maintenance issues to the line manager About You As a Personal Shopping Receptionist, you will: Adhere to Selfridges values Assist colleagues during busy periods with various tasks Help clear rooms after appointments when necessary Communicate effectively when leaving the desk and arrange cover Support the line/duty manager with tasks Be punctual and follow procedures for lateness and sickness Assist with end-of-day cashing up and deliver cash to the Cash Office Adjust your schedule according to business needs Maintain a positive attitude towards business changes Contribute beyond front-of-house responsibilities to support business success#J-18808-Ljbffr
