The ideal candidate will have good behavior management skills and be capable of covering classes effectively. Requirements: Extensive experience in SEND Ability to lead and motivate others Ability to model best practices in adult-pupil interactions A proactive and positive approach to enhancing SEND provision An HLTA qualification is preferred but not essential.
