Join a boutique travel representation agency that connects unique international hotels with the UK travel trade. We’re looking for aBusiness Development Managerto represent hotel brands in the UK market. You’ll be the face of the brands, visiting travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs, and participating in key industry events. For this role, you must be: On the road - Must be available to travel across the UK, including an average of2–3 overnight stays per month Self-employed and own a car (£200/month car allowance + petrol expenses) Flexible with hours (on average 3 full days per week) What you’ll do: Visit retail travel agents , homeworkers, tour operators, OTA call centres Represent the hotels at roadshows, trade events, and exhibitions Build brand awareness and grow sales for hotel brands in the UK travel trade Organise in-person and virtual meetings, training sessions, coffee mornings Distribute promotional materials and maintain CRM databases Prepare weekly/monthly reports and manage expenses/budgets for events What we’re looking for: 2+ years' experience in a similar travel industry sales role Confident communicator, professional, engaging, and well-presented Familiar with the UK travel trade landscape Preferably based in the North of England (but must cover UK-wide) Spanish language skills are a bonus Competent in Microsoft Office If you're looking for a flexible, autonomous role and love being on the road, this could be for you.
