Position & Scope The Supervisor oversees all aspects of the Child Care Centre, including programming, administration, and staff management. The centre provides infant, toddler, preschool, and before & after school care. Responsibilities Support and guide staff, parents, and children to foster positive interactions. Act as liaison between school, parents, children, and staff. Submit monthly reports including subsidy trackers, immunization, and health 'safety. Ensure compliance with YMCA standards and Ministry of Education licensing. Represent the YMCA professionally. Participate in training and adhere to child protection policies. Lead the Stronger Together Campaign. Perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications Registered Early Childhood Educator. At least 2 years licensed child care experience (Regulation 137/15). Current immunizations as required. YMCA Playing to Learn training (asset). Food Handlers certification (preferred). Standard First Aid, CPR-C certification.
