Job Description Integra Space is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join a growing builders work contractor, based in Central London. The successful candidate will assist in estimating costs, managing project budget and ensuring the financial success of the projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist with cost estimates for construction projects, including labour, materials, sub-contractors and other expenses. Support the Senior Management in preparing and managing project budgets and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise with the team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of cost estimates and financial reports. Assist with contract administration and document management. Prepare and review valuations, variations, and final accounts Qualifications: Education: A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or studying towards one. The successful candidate MUST HAVE: Experience with builders work, groundworks or structural alterations in the UK. MUST HAVE Ability to travel to sites and the office as required.
