We are seeking an experienced administrator to join their customer-service focused team.With a stalwart of the team retiring, the Client is seeking to engage a temporary administrator for an initial 3-month contract, whilst they review longer-term permanent plans.This is a full-time role, with office hours Monday to Friday, with some ad hoc requirements for Client events in the evenings. Salary is set at £12.82 per hour. The Client is based in a convenient Belfast location on the edge of Belfast City Centre/Ormeau Road.Job Summary This post holder will be the first point of contact for all tenants and clients and shall be involved in a range of activities including company administration, handling all invoicing (including those relating to business support initiatives), telephony service, facilities helpdesk (handling and overseeing maintenance), room hire reservations (including car park allocation), catering requests, general business support enquiries, security, and housekeeping.Criteria:Minimum of 2 to 3 years administrative experienceMinimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and EnglishEvidence of proficiency in MS OfficeDesirable:Experience within a serviced office or multi-client spaceThis Client requires urgent support, and ideally candidates could start prior to or from the week commencing 25 November 2024.#J-18808-Ljbffr
