This role involves managing large-scale contracts, ensuring successful project execution, and driving operational excellence. About the Client Our client is a globally recognized leader inBuilding Management Solutions (BMS) , with over a century of expertise in delivering advanced automation and energy-efficient solutions for commercial and residential buildings. Due to continued success, they are expanding their project management team in London to oversee new build commercial and mixed-use developments. Roles/Responsibilities Oversee theplanning and management of BMS projects , ensuring compliance with contracts, health 'safety policies, and company procedures. Manage allcontractual obligations , including payments, variations, extensions, and dispute resolution. Set and monitorfinancial targets , reporting progress and risks to the Project Director. Providetechnical supportto customers and engineering teams, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors. Maintain and updateproject documentation , including progress reports, change orders, and closeout documents. Build and nurtureclient relationships , identifying opportunities for new business. Ensure accuratebilling and financial reconciliationof all project-related activities. Support commercial discussions andassist sales teamsin securing new clients. Play an active role inexpanding the teamand driving regional project growth. Lead and mentorcommissioning engineers , ensuring successful project execution. For large-scale new build projects, take full site-based ownership ofBMS delivery coordination . Qualifications Proven experience inProject or Contract Management , ideally with aBMS technical background . Strong understanding ofcommercial, design, financial, and operationalaspects of multi-disciplinary contracts. Exceptionalleadership, communication, and relationship-buildingskills. Strongproblem-solving and decision-makingabilities with attention to detail. Flexibility totravel to project sitesas required. Highly organized, self-motivated, anddedicated to meeting deadlines .
