The law firm based in Reading is seeking to enhance their family department. They are looking for anexperienced Solicitorwith a broad spectrum of family law experience to join their team. The team handles: Care proceedings, representing parents and offering pre-proceedings meetings. Privately funded cases involving divorce, separation, financial disputes, and child-related issues. Applications under the Family Law Act for both Legal Aid and private clients. The ideal candidate will have: At least 3 years PQE experience. The ability to manage a team of junior fee earners. Confidence and independence in handling cases with minimal supervision. Existing client base or willingness to cultivate one, preferably in privately funded matters.
