Join our dedicated Rheumatology team at University Hospital Bristol and Weston as a Band 7 Team Lead Rheumatology Physiotherapist. Our team comprises senior physiotherapists and occupational therapists working collaboratively across Bristol and Weston hospital sites. Learn more about our Rheumatology services:Rheumatology Services You will share team lead responsibilities with the B7 occupational therapist, managing a diverse and complex caseload of patients with rheumatological conditions. Knowledge and ExperienceSignificant experience treating musculoskeletal/rheumatological conditions as a Band 6 therapist Experience in clinical supervision, mentoring, and teaching People management experience, including supervising undergraduates Qualifications and TrainingDegree in Physiotherapy or equivalent HCPC registration Postgraduate training in musculoskeletal/rheumatology Experience across core physiotherapy areas (musculoskeletal, neurology, respiratory, trauma, orthopaedics) Skills and AbilitiesLeadership and organizational skills Commitment to professional development Teamworking and communication skills Clinical reasoning and problem-solving Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects We look forward to your application and hope you will join us in shaping our future together.
