Role OverviewThe Business Product Leader will direct a team including Product Management and Market Development, working with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Science Liaisons, and business development to develop and implement the business strategy for the global adoption of the Exent solution, an IVDR certified mass spectrometry system for diagnosing monoclonal gammopathies, including multiple myeloma. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop top-line revenue by identifying and driving targeted activities to enhance the services portfolio. Partner with commercial leaders to build a go-to-market strategy aligned with annual and long-term goals. Lead business strategy supporting clinical education, research, adoption, and advocacy among key opinion leaders. Build market access strategies, manage evidence generation, and develop coding and pricing strategies for reimbursement. Oversee business operations, defining strategic roadmaps and executing key results to meet objectives (P&L). Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and other SMEs to develop ongoing strategies. Partner with commercial and functional leaders to drive growth through customer value propositions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on partnerships and initiatives. Provide updates on business activities to internal stakeholders. Utilize digital marketing channels for lead generation and audience engagement. Monitor market intelligence including competitors, macroeconomic factors, and regulations. Success FactorsProven track record in defining and executing strategies across global markets. QualificationsBSc in Immunology, Biochemistry, or related field; PhD preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in diagnostics, preferably in oncology or molecular diagnostics.
