About The RoleAs a Procurement Specialist, you’ll focus on Indirect Procurement Categories in IT, HR, and Factory Services. Your responsibilities include meeting with suppliers, supporting contract negotiations & tenders, RFIs, and implementing supplier agreements. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing RFI, RFQ, and ITT documents Source new Suppliers and Materials Implement Supplier Agreements Negotiate with Suppliers Implement Category Plans About YouIdeally, you will have experience in Procurement, including supplier selection & negotiations, contract and tender management. We seek someone ambitious eager to learn, with opportunities for technical and skills-based progression within our company. Key SkillsPrevious experience in a Procurement role as a Specialist, Coordinator, Assistant, or similar. Knowledge of Indirect Procurement Categories, Supplier Negotiation, Contract Management & Tendering, with a client-facing mindset. MCIPS Qualification / equivalent or working towards it is beneficial but not essential. The role is based at our Birmingham Head Office, with an expectation of being on-site 2-3 days per week.
