Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a newly qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive at Brighton and Hove Law. The role involves working on a variety of family law cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, advising clients, and representing clients in court proceedings as needed. While the role is primarily located in Hove, some work from home is acceptable. Paralegal level candidates will also be considered. Qualifications Legal research, drafting legal documents, and advising clients Court representation and litigation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience in family law is preferred Ideal for newly qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant legal qualifications Paralegal level candidates will also be considered No agencies please.
