Fixed term contract to end of 2025 Hybrid working with occasional travel into London site and Bracknell Head Office As a Project Manager, you will be required to provide onsite and remote rollout support during all key delivery phases alongside stakeholders and vendor teams (Construction, ISP, and IT Managed Service). This role involves managing projects across several retail sites for a leading sports clothing and footwear company. Phases of the project include: Design discussions and review (floorplans and CCTV/AP designs with stakeholders before construction) Construction (planning and coordination of teams for office and retail spaces) Internet - Fibre Circuit Line installation (planning and coordination) IT Network Infrastructure Installation (planning and resource coordination) IT Asset Installation - CCTV Equipment and Wireless AP (planning and resource coordination) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage project delivery from initiation to completion Prepare project planning, scope, and sign-off documentation following ISO standards Establish and manage internal and external project resources Manage budgets to ensure timely and quality deliverables Chair project review meetings with clients Handle changes to project plans, documentation, and escalate issues as needed Identify opportunities for additional revenue from out-of-scope activities Control staged payments and invoicing throughout the project lifecycle Provide project status updates and business reports Issue regular project highlight and financial analysis reports Maintain comprehensive project files Support pre-sales and project initiation activities Contribute to bid and sales proposals Define project scope and deliverables clearly Develop project pricing Participate in customer meetings and presentations during sales campaigns Conduct risk assessments for senior management review ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Graduate or equivalent qualification Proficient PC skills Experience in influencing, negotiations, and delivering projects within a matrix-managed team Understanding of principles, methods, and techniques for technical project delivery Effective delegation skills Strong written and oral communication skills, adaptable to different audiences Experience with IT transition projects, including: IT outsourcing Desktop and hardware deployment Service transition Global audits Technical project implementation Hands-on management of multiple simultaneous projects (4+) International project delivery experience across multiple countries and partners Prince2 or similar certification About us A&O IT Group is an award-winning, fast-growing global IT services and cybersecurity consultancy operating in over 130 countries.
