This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our people function, helping to shape the employee experience and ensure the smooth running of HR processes across the business. What you’ll be doing Update the HR system with salary changes, promotions, leavers, and joiners and issues relevant paperwork Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in line with data protection requirements. Assist with HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and managing the HR inbox ensuring timely responses. Support payroll and benefits administration. Complete payroll sheets. Respond to internal HR-related queries and requests. Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies. Conduct pre-employment Right to Work in the UK checks via Experian. Assist with various HR projects to enhance service delivery and efficiency. Who We’re Looking For Previous experience in an HR administrative role. (essential) Strong organisational and communication skills. High attention to detail and confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office. A proactive team player with strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a collaborative approach to supporting colleagues.
