We are seeking awarm, compassionate and proactive leaderto provideperson-centred careand support to our services users. You will be based invibrant, multi-cultural Bethnal Greenand be responsible along with the Registered Manager for the operational management and quality of our older persons extra care service, consisting of 40 clients, each living in their own flat. You are expected to collaborate with the Social Services and other stakeholders including the Area Manager to ensure that the highest care standards are met.You will ensure anempowering servicewhich meets the needs of our clients and works with their families and friends to promote a positive atmosphere. The ability to work in anempathic and holistic wayto maintain client orientation and independence is essential.
