Senior Carer / Team Leader Community CareOur client, a respected provider of community care services, is seeking an experienced Senior Carer / Team Leader to support and supervise their team in delivering high-quality care to clients in their own homes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in community or domiciliary care whos ready to advance their career with both office-based and community responsibilities.Important:This role does not offer visa sponsorship. You must have the right to work in the UK to be considered.Package:Salary: 24,000 - 26,000 per annumFull-time contract (37.5 hours per week), with a mix of office-based and community workPool car available for work purposesPhone and uniform providedExceptional training and financial support to achieve Level 5 NVQ and beyondCompany away days, incentives, and additional benefitsKey Responsibilities:Assist management in supervising and supporting staff across the community care serviceMentor team members, providing ongoing support and coaching to align their work with company standardsConduct client visits and perform spot checks, ensuring care plans reflect current needs and quality standardsComplete general administrative tasks, both in the office and the field, as requiredCollaborate with senior management to ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practicesParticipate in an on-call rota to ensure 24/7 coverage for clientsIdeal Candidate:Holds a valid UK driving licence and has their own transportSeeks a full-time role with shift flexibility, including every other weekendHas prior experience in care and is confident in supervising or leading a teamHolds an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (equivalent experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications)Possesses strong organisational and administrative skillsFamiliar with the local area and committed to supporting the communityReliable, hardworking, and a team player who can also work independentlyIf youre ready to take on a role that combines leadership, community engagement, and meaningful client care, please submit your CV to apply.JBRP1_UKTJ
