Description About The RoleWere looking for passionate person to join our Butlins team in our onsite food warehouse as part of our Buffets department. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for an amazing team member to join our warehouse team.You will ensure the smooth day to day running of our food deliveries in to resorts Catering Stores, accept and reject deliveries effectively and efficiently as per our food safety policy and organise and put away fresh, frozen and ambient deliveries ensuring the FIFO policy is used at all times.You will liaise with the Lead Chef on duty on a day-to-day basis in regards to food orders whilst ensuring a high level of cleanliness is always maintained and ensure effective stock management by complying with current legislation with regards to Food Hygiene Regulations.Working with the team to complete fully the food safety documentation to be maintained as per our company Food Safety policy, use our inhouse system to support weekly stocktakes and in managing our food cost budget by efficient stock management and communication. You will create a relationship with suppliers and communicate effectively to ensure our requirements are met.
