We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of live sites, with a strong preference for those with experience in white walling, composite panels/ cladding systems. This role requires regular UK travel and overnight stays (typically MonWed), with Fridays based in their modern Grimsby office. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all site activities to meet programme and quality targets Manage site teams, subcontractors, plant, and logistics Ensure compliance with health 'safety and site documentation standards Liaise with clients, Contracts Manager, and QS team on progress, variations, and costs Monitor material deliveries, labour requirements, and site efficiencies Deliver successful snagging, handovers, and completion processes What Were Looking For: 3+ years' experience in a Site Manager role within construction
