Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue and Engagement Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue across leisure room nights, events, spa and wellness, gym memberships, restaurant services, and afternoon teas. Identify and leverage e-commerce and web-based opportunities via third-party sites, booking channels, and intermediaries.Create Powerful Marketing & Promotional Campaigns Design eye-catching materials (printed and digital) to promote key segments, particularly food & beverage. Manage digital ticketing software platform, website and other Content Management Systems to, ensure accurate information is displayed with timely updates
