We’re taking part in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, meaning that you could be working one day less a week (or equivalent).If the trial is a success, we’ll be rolling the 4DWW out across the Group – so there’s never been a more exciting time to join #teamOFG!We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher to join our new Acorn Education School - Bluebank School in Whittington Moor, Derbyshire.. The school will have capacity for 60 pupils ages 5-18 years old and is due to open January 2026. The school will be a co-educational provision for pupils with complex needs including SEMH. Acorn Education is the UK’s leading independent provider of specialist education for vulnerable pupils and young people. As part of Outcomes First Group, we are leading our sector in setting and delivering new approaches that provide measurable outcomes for those in our care.Up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience (not pro rata)Monday to FridayJanuary 2026 startTerm Time onlyPermanentAbout the roleTo provide a high-quality education service for our students in accordance with Company policies, procedures and practices and the standards set by the Regulatory Body.
