Youll manage and improve how multiple businesses use Zoho One day-to-day from CRM and Projects to Finance, Support and Automation playing a key role in streamlining operations and driving efficiency across the grou p. The Ro le:Youll take ownership of Zoho One across all businesses, supporting teams with workflows, reporting, automation, and app setu p. Key Responsibili ties:Lead the setup, improvement, and day-to-day managemen t of Zoh o OneCustomise and configure core apps (CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, Desk, etc.)Work with business leaders to build workflows and autom ationTrain and support staff on best practices across all appsEnsure data is clean, accurate, and easy to repo rt onBuild dashboards and reports that support smart decision-m akingSpot inefficiencies and solve them with smart system d esign What Were Lookin g For:3 years in a CRM, systems, or operation s roleStrong hands-on experience with Zo h o One Familiar with automation tools like Zapier or native Zoho wor kflowsConfident working with data, building reports, and supporting teamsClear communicator, self-starter, and able to work across multiple teams Bonus Poin ts For:Experience in legal, consulting, or professional services bus inessesUnderstanding of GDPR and data handling best pr acticesA background in Information Systems, Business Ops, or similar
