Theyre entering a period of growth and are looking for a versatile Business Coordiator to work across three main areas: Supporting the Business Owner and Sales Directors to manage their diaries, produce sales and marketing materials and organise and follow up on all leads and contacts made. Look after day to day HR advice and support in the business, working closely with managers and employees to ensure all are well supported and thriving in their roles. Project Manageme internal projects to ensure the business is functioning as efficiently as possible and that all areas of the organisation are scalable and growth-ready. This role will report directly into the Business Owner and is crucial to enable him to move away from the day to day and focus on growing the business and developing new products. Were looking for a self starter with experience of working direct with small business owners. Your work experience could be in a variety of fields; we''d love to hear from HR Managers, experienced PAs, Producers looking for a change and organised Sales people. Knowledge of the creative industry would be extremely helpful but isnt necessarily essential were more interested in finding the right person for the role. Youll bring a strong understanding of HR, Sales and Business Processes, as well as a passion to grow as the business does.
