The successful candidate will be a confident, proactive leader with experience in managing elderly residential and dementia services. Youll be able to demonstrate a strong track record of compliance, quality improvement, and commercial awareness. Requirements A current Registered Home Manager within elderly care Experienced with residential and/or dementia services Able to evidence Good or Outstanding CQC reports Skilled in team leadership, people development, and building a positive culture Commercially aware, with experience in marketing, budgeting and occupancy growth Location The role is based in Warwickshire and is commutable from Studley, Redditch, Stratford-upon-Avon, Evesham, Solihull, Bromsgrove and surrounding areas.
