Job Role: Talent Manager (Digital Broadcast) Location: Hybrid / London, UK Salary : 32k - 40k DOE Start: ASAP ABOUT THE JOB A boutique digital-first talent management agency are currently recruiting for experienced and passionate Talent Managers to join. You will build and grow a roster of creators & broadcast talent, as well as negotiating and securing lucrative brand partnerships. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a roster of digital-first talent (across Instagram & TikTok) and a number of broadcast talent too (presenters, radio DJs, podcast hosts) Diary management Identify & outreach both established and up & coming talent to add to the agency''s roster, utilising your industry networks and social media platforms (in particular TikTok & Instagram) Brand outreach Draft and negotiate contracts Secure ongoing brand partnerships and collaborations Explore wider opportunities for talent, such as podcasts, IP & literary MAIN REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2.5 years experience managing talent Commercially minded, able to target and secure authentic brand partnerships Extremely organised, able to prioritise tasks and workload A finger on the pulse of latest social media trends and up and coming creators SUMO are an equal opportunities employer.
