Permanent We're looking for an experienced Pensions Manager to lead the management and governance of both Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes in a dynamic, values-driven organisation. About the Role Reporting to the Pension, Benefits & Wellbeing Lead, you'll be the key contact for all pension-related matters-supporting trustees, advising members, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll also contribute to wider benefits projects, with opportunities to drive innovation and improve employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Oversee DB and DC schemes, ensuring strong governance and legal compliance Manage relationships with trustees, providers, and internal stakeholders Maintain pensions roadmap, calendar, and risk register Deliver tailored support to new joiners and high earners Chair the DC Governance Committee and support scheme communications Manage scheme budgets and external administrators Support on risk benefits and cross-functional reward initiatives What You'll Bring Significant experience managing DB and DC pension schemes Strong stakeholder and communication skills Solid knowledge of UK pensions legislation and governance Experience supporting high earners and handling sensitive pension issues Collaborative approach with a focus on clarity, compliance, and inclusion TPBN1_UKTJ
