Business Development Executive Full Time & Permanent Chippenham 30,000 + OTE of 50,000 (achievable and uncapped!) Are you a highly motivated Sales Executive? Can you convert warm leads into appointments? Looking to join a growing company? Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is a telephone-based sales role that requires an individual who can generate appointments for their field sales team and maximise opportunities by working to set KPI's. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be able to grow with the company. The Role: Following up on all leads provided by the team Making outbound calls to companies to generate appointments for field sales team to visit Working to set KPI's to maximise opportunities Ensuring appointments are set in a sensible way geographically to allow UK field sales team to maximise time with clients Developing an important knowledge of the services offered by the company Updating the database daily in a proficient manner The Person: Passion for sales and developing new opportunities for the business Possess great communication skills to engage with potential clients Be confident and enquiring Have good database skills and attention to detail Be self-motivated and a team player Have an outgoing and friendly demeanour at all times Experience in MS Office Have business acumen to make correct choices whilst maintaining company values at all times Have excellent geographical knowledge of the UK This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing, dynamic and successful team!
