Practice Manager Accountancy Firm Swindon Up to 80,000 + Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager to join a growing accountancy firm. The role is based in hybrid with four days in the office and one day from home and a salary of up to 80,000 is available. The firm provides expert services across audit, tax, and business advisory, including specialist work in the Charity and Not-for-Profit sectors. You'll lead a diverse portfolio of clients and support the firm's strategic growth while mentoring a high-performing team. This is a key position for a seasoned audit and accounts professional Duties & Responsibilities Lead audit and account assignments from planning to completion across various entity types, including charities and limited companies. Review working papers, files, and tax computations ahead of sign-off. Oversee and develop junior team members within the practice. Provide clients with timely and insightful financial communication and advice. Support Directors on ad hoc projects and prepare for future RI status. What Experience is Required ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience) with plenty of practice experience. Proven experience managing audits and delivering end-to-end client assignments. Strong technical understanding of FRS and ISA standards. Salary & Benefits Salary up to 80,000 depending on experience. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Competitive and flexible benefits scheme.
