This could be for you!We are looking for a New Business Manager to join our Fresh side of the business during a period of growth to understand client needs, drive sales growth and build long lasting relationships.What you will be doing:Win Commercial new business, with customers whose fresh food spend ranges from 1M via active prospecting and by managing a pipeline of prospect opportunities.To build cross functional relationships with prospect customers on your pipeline so that they see Fresh Direct and Sysco GB as their next supply partner and approach you when looking to review suppliers.Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets in line with the Fresh Direct New Business budget.Liaise and influence your cross functional matrix team colleagues to deliver high quality tender submissions & business proposalswithin the guidelines of the approvals and procedures process in placeWhat we are looking for:Ideally youll come from a similar background within sales and have a successful track record in winning new businessSuperb customer relationship and rapport-building skillsExcellent communication skills, both internally and externallyHigh level of structured solution selling and negotiation skillsGood commercial acumen and knowledge of the key profit leversHigh energy levels and the ability to perform in a fast-moving and pressured environment and deliver to tight deadlines Proficient with all aspects of technology when building presentations and evaluating tenders using Powerpoint and Excel
