We’re taking part in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, meaning that you could be working one day less a week (or equivalent).If the trial is a success, we’ll be rolling the 4DWW out across the Group – so there’s never been a more exciting time to join #teamOFG!Job Title: PsychotherapistLocation: Fieldstone School & The Greater Horseshoe School, Devon TQ12 1NH (covering both sites)Salary: Up to £46,800 (FTE, DOE, pro-rata actual take home salary is £33,552) Hours: 30 hours per week, Mon – Fri, 8.30am-4.30pmContract: Permanent, Term-Time only 46.6 weeksEssential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicleAbout the roleWe are looking for an experienced Psychotherapist to join our developing Clinical Teams based at Fieldstone School & The Greater Horseshoe School, Devon and to work as a key integrated member of our clinical teams.In this exciting role, you will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment, and intervention plans for pupils with complex communication needs, autism and associated learning and emotional needs.You will implement a holistic, therapeutic approach to helping our pupils in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable and healthy. Undertaking all aspects of Psychotherapy clinical duties, you will adhere to professional and regulatory guidelines, carrying out specialist individual assessments and interventions, and preparing relevant documentation, including writing reports. A significant element of this role will be working alongside the onsite clinical team to continue to develop the clinical service provision for the college including providing support and training to staff and parents.Our well-established multidisciplinary Clinical Team maintain a nurturing and loving environment where our pupils can flourish, always putting them at the forefront of everything they do.
