This role does not offer sponsorship.As part of our continued growth in service, we are recruiting an Administrator to join our amazing team at Hillingdon Manor School located in Uxbridge.About the roleAs School Administrator you will manage various aspects of a school's day-to-day operations including student records, communication with staff, parents, and the public. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the school under the guidance of the Senior Administrator and SLT.Key responsibilitiesTo provide an effective, timely and confidential administration support to staff and managers as requiredTo ensure that relevant records and documents are kept up to date and are stored securely and confidentially at all timesTo respond timely and with flexibility to urgent or last minute staff/service requirements as a service providing function of the schoolTo support other members of the Administration Team with work that requires extra members of staff to complete the tasksEnsure awareness that the service operates to agreed budgets and contribute to keeping within these budgets as instructedExercise vigilance in respect of Health and Safety and promptly report all hazards and/or remedy them where appropriate. Undertake all duties in a manner calculated to minimise or avoid unnecessary risks, personally or to othersWork to promote the school as a valued, professional asset within its community and also to promote a culture that individuals and staff conduct themselves at all times in a manner that reinforces this imageEnsure that all actions taken are in the interests of the Service Users and the CompanyEssentialPrevious experience of working in an office setting is requiredAbout UsAt Hillingdon Manor Secondary School, we provide specialist education for c185 pupils, aged between 11-19 years old. Our students are taught in smaller class sizes and all students work towards a variety of qualifications dependent on their needs and ability.The aim of the site is to provide enough support to unlock each pupils potential so they can live fulfilling and productive lives. We provide students with as much freedom as possible in a safe and supervised environment.
