Position:Radiographer Salary:£29,970 – £36,483 a year Job Type:Full Time Location:Doncaster About the RoleAs a qualified or newly qualified Radiographer, you will participate in a range of imaging tasks within the X-Ray department across multiple hospital sites. You will be working as part of a vibrant and dynamic team. A&E, inpatient, outpatient, theatre, and mobile Imaging. The Radiology Department is a progressive, forward-thinking team, and the candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in the shaping and delivery of the Radiology service. We aspire to create an outstanding service, able to support individual staff needs. Main Duties of the JobApplications are welcome from enthusiastic and motivated newly qualified or experienced Radiographers looking to expand their skills in our busy, friendly Imaging Departments over a number of sites. Applicants must be adaptable and be prepared to work evenings, nights, and weekends as part of a seven-day service delivery. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment. We are committed to role extension, career progression and actively encourage CPD. Staff are supported to achieve their personal professional goals and aspirations within imaging modalities. Undertake a wide range of imaging examinations as per the department’s technique protocols contributing towards the key service objectives of the Medical Imaging Department. Undertake a variety of examinations including general radiography, fluoroscopy, theatre, dental radiography, and mobile imaging. Provide a quality service for all referrers and to the clients they refer.
