Providing day-to-day support to our Key Account Manager and the wider Client Engagement & Sustainability Team, which manages Grundons high-profile and sub-contract customers (airports, NHS trusts, FM, property management, universities the list goes on) is what this Key Account Support job is all about. What youll be doing as Key Account Support Working hand in hand with customers, we manage their waste reduction, re-use and recycling strategies as they strive to meet their environmental goals and increase recycling rates. As Key Account Support, you will be in regular contact with our Portfolio Manager, clients and transport teams to ensure a high standard of customer service. Managingservice requests, collection queries, complaints, admin support, account/invoice queries, helping to deliver engagement campaigns to customers... Theres plenty to turn your capable hand to.
