In this hands-on role, you'll work with top-grade materials including titanium, aluminium, and steel alloys, ensuring that each component meets the high standards for aerospace applications. Position Details Salary : £14.00 per hour Hours : Day shifts Key Responsibilities Surface Perfection : Remove surface defects on aerofoil blades to achieve flawless finishes, adhering to SOPs and Route Card Discipline. Skilled Use of Equipment : Operate pedestal grinders and polishers, and craft your own polishing mops and bobs. Achieve Polished Results : Work with various tools, abrasives, and compounds to deliver high-standard surface finishes. Ensure Compliance : Follow all HSE guidelines, including PPE, and meet key metrics to support production goals.
