A new permanent job opportunity for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join a growing team at a leading global manufacturing company, that specialises in high-precision machinery. As part of the production team, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling high-quality components used in advanced industrial equipment.Responsibilities* Perform MIG/TIG welding on various metal components, ensuring high-quality standards.* Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.* Conduct inspections to ensure welded structures meet their specifications.* Operating welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.* Work collaboratively with the production team to meet specific project deadlines.* Maintain a clean and organised work environment while following health and safety guidelines.Experience required* Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.* Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.* Ability to read and work from technical drawings and specifications.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.* Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.* Relevant welding qualifications or certifications are preferred.Benefits / Hours* Hourly rate: £17.20 (£35,776 per Annum) + overtime available paid at time & a half* Monday - Thursday 7am – 4.30pm & ...
