Senior Customer Account Manager (Italian Speaking) gap technical are proud to be representing this global manufacturing business in their search for a Senior Customer Account Manager to work at their facility based near Welwyn Garden City.Position Details:Competitive salary + BenefitsLocation: Welwyn Garden CityDays Only (Monday to Friday)Performance ObjectivesAssist in developing and implementing customer service standards with a commercial focus.Audit quality of service in line with standards and provide feedback to management.Adjust the order book to meet customer requirements.Coordinate with planning to ensure scheduled dates are met or alternative dates are determined.Work with senior managers to develop efficient reporting methods for client variations.Host customer site visits and coordinate with other departments.Visit customer sites for reviews as required.Produce shipping paperwork and liaise with clients.Maintain customer portals.Enter orders and create jobs on the system.Oversee the RFQ process from receipt to submission, ensuring timely and competitive proposals.Generate reports for the Commercial Account Manager.Use Business Process Manual as reference.Person SpecificationFluent in Italian.Level 3 Management Certification or equivalent.Experience in coaching and mentoring.Excellent communication and negotiation skills via in-person, phone, and email interactions.Ability to plan and prioritize to meet tight deadlines.Strong understanding of people and procedures.Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.Desirable QualificationsCustomer service qualification.Engineering background.Experience resolving personnel issues.Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and contract law.Experience with Q-pulse.Application Process Please send your CV via the 'Apply now' option on the website.
