Customer Service Advisor - 398853 Shift Times: Monday- Friday 40HPW Pay Rate: £12.80PH Location:Hybrid working, EX1 3UT Job Purpose / Overview In this role you will play a key part in helping us with customer queries to deliver a great customer experience with every contact - telephony/written correspondence. Reporting to the New Connections Manager within the heart of the operations team, as a New Connections customer service advisor, you won't just be helping our customers understand the installations process; you'll be part of the driving force behind revolutionising our many processes within the new connections team and delivering unparalleled customer experiences to both our large and mid-market customers.
