1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Global Reservations and Customer Success ManagerLocation : Field-based & Hybrid (Birmingham based) Reporting to : Sales Manager, EMEA We’re on the lookout for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team, focused on driving Corporate Direct and B2B business in the serviced apartment sector. This is a field-first, hybrid role – ideal for someone based in Birmingham who loves getting out there, building relationships, and spotting opportunities. We’re looking for a real go-getter who can open doors, pitch in person, and convert prospects into long-term clients across corporate, relocation, construction and production sectors. What you’ll be doing: Actively hunting and converting new direct business in Birmingham and surrounding areas Building strong relationships with corporates, relocation agencies, and other bookers Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a first-class guest experience Representing our brand at client meetings, networking events, and local visits Supporting wider sales activity across the EMEA region What we’re looking for: A confident communicator and natural relationship builder Proven B2B sales experience (hospitality/property a bonus) Self-starter with energy, commercial drive, and a proactive mindset Comfortable working independently and being out in the field most of the time What you’ll get in return: Salary from £27,000 – £30,000 depending on experience 20 days holiday + all UK bank holidays Hybrid working with a strong field-based focus Heavily discounted friends & family rates across our full portfolio We're Hiring: Sales Executive – Serviced Apartments (Direct Sales Focus) Location : Field-based & Hybrid (Birmingham based) Salary : From £27,000 – £30,000 per annum Reporting to : Sales Manager, EMEA We’re on the lookout for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team, focused on driving Corporate Direct and B2B business in the serviced apartment sector.
